Austin Adventure Boot Camp is Austin's premiere, award-winning outdoor fitness provider. Austin Adventure Boot Camp is a 4-week (or in some cases, a 2 1/2 week) fitness program led by renowned fitness expert Stephanie McDonald or one of our expert Adventure Boot Camp coaches. Most camps begin at 5:30 a.m. (some at 5:15 am), last 1 hour in length, and are held Monday thru Friday (additional times may be offered -- please check our schedule). You will be motivated, encouraged, and inspired. And you will have fun while getting a fantastic workout in a non-threatening environment. Results guaranteed!

Motivating program, able to go at your own pace and a lot of postive reinforcement. Glad I joined and will continue to go!
Austin Adventure Boot Camp is a great program to help you stay committed to regular exercise and build strength. The Bee Cave trainer is fantastic and such an inspiration!
they really kicked my butt, in a good way. i think stephanie is a great trainer.
I needed motivation and someone to push me to the next level.. Stephanie,from Austin Adventure Boot Camp has done that. I love this class and I can also say I am not a morning person, but I am now. I have never been able to run more then a mile.. well I did the turkey trot and ran 5 miles without stopping... thank you so much stephanie...
Stephanie is an amazing coach. She makes the camp fun, even at 5:30am, and motivates you to push yourself. Every day is different so you don't get bored like you would at a gym. Whenever I feel like I need a kick in the butt to get going I sign up again. I've completed 5 bootcamps and have had great results with each one, and I'm sure I'll be back!
I had a personal trainer for 3 months and then a month later began ATX bootcamp. This camp is awesome and inexpensive.
Austin Adventure Boot Camp changed my life! If you think you're fit already and feel that you're in need of a challenge-- AABC is the way to go! If you're not motivated and think you can't find the time to get in shape-- AABC is the way to go! If you want to make new friends and a lifestyle change-- AABC is the way to go!! :)
I recommend Austin Adventure Boot Camp to anyone who needs a jump start into getting back into shape. It's hard work but well worth the pain! I've loved it and am looking forward to my next session!

I never thought I would be able to get up that early to go exercise! I've really enjoyed the camp even though it has been tough. I proved to myself and my kids that this 'ol woman could survive.
This was the best exercise program I have been involved in. My trainer, Stephanie, was an inspiration!

They will give you just what you need to accomplish the goals you have set for yourself and how to maintain them.

Its an awesome camp! I received better results from them in 3 weeks then I received in 2 months at the gym, which included a personal trainer for one of those months! I really appreciate the trainers patience to work with people like me and who enjoy helping me get where I want to be! Thanks ATX Bootcamp
