The best bjj in town. Family environment. You can learn without getting injured.
AMAC has the perfect mix of the traditional martial arts (kung fu) with cutting edge (JKD - MMA). There's something for everyone here.
It's great to understand (and study) how things work and why we train and exercise the way that we do. Sifu Alan is wonderful.
Qi Gong is a great class that focuses on health. Sifu Alan is a certified and an excellent instructor in the healing arts.
I spent a great deal of time studying grappling. Studying anti-grappling was much different and better than I ever imagined.
In Kali, we learn to fight empty handed, with sticks and with knives. It is a great system to learn.
Private lessons are a great way to get one-on-one time to explore which art/system is best for you.
Today we had a seminar with a knife developer training us on the new tool/knife he's developed for military and police units. It was a great seminar.
Great learning atmosphere. My 8 yr old LOVES her instructor and enjoys coming to class twice a week
