This place has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced from a spa. In fact, it might just be the worst I've experienced anywhere.

It took a week to get them to return a call to try and book an appointment. The day before the appointment, they called to confirm. Great! But then, the day of the appointment, they called to cancel right before the appointment.

The manager said that the owner would call me to try and "make it right" that day. She did not. I called a few days later and again the manager said the owner would call. She has still never called.

While it is certainly possible that if you can actually get an appointment, and if they actually honor it, that the services are good, but the odds of finding out seem very slim from my experiences so far.

Any relaxation to come out of the experience is massively outweighed by their incompetence and awful customer service. I would avoid at all costs.

Brooke did an amazing job on my color!!! I was dark brown and went to blonde with little damage and no orange. Loved it!

Brooke did an amazing job on my color. It turned out exactly how I had pictured it and I have gotten tons of compliments. Definitely sticking w/Brooke- where ever she is!

I went there for the first time, Sara was my hairdresser. She did a decent job on my hair cut but later i had to fix it myself because the bottom was alittle uneven. When i got my hair colored-i wanted blonde but it came out orange/brown. Was not satisfied-ended up re-dying it to my natural hair color because it looked UGLY! Lindsay, the manager was rude to me. I had to call the salon concerning about my charges that were overcharged and she didn't get back to me until 2 weeks later...I would also call and ask for Sara to discuss my charges but NO CALL BACK. They ignored my calls and they were unprofessional. I do NOT recommend this salon. I've been to many better salons who are PROFESSIONAL!

Brooke did an amazing job on my hair, i wanted edgy but not too drastic and she went above and beyond what i had hoped for. Everyone stops me to tell me how much they love my hair! If you want versitility go to Brooke she knows what she's doing!

Fantastic salon. Excellent service, prompt and personable. Prices are reasonable and the hair products they use are top notch. Heather is amazing and the owner Karen is lovely.

I love Arimosa. The atmosphere and the people are wonderful, very nice and inviting. Beverly is absolutely amazing with curly hair, I have never met a stylist who actually knows curly hair and how to work with it. She's great!

This salon and spa is a hidden treasure in midtown Sacramento. It's especially convenient if you live and/or work in midtown ,downtown or East Sacto. areas. All the staff is experienced and professional. I have Heather color and cut my hair regularly. She is a very talented stylist. I have very thick hair and Heather always styles it so I can manage it and it looks great. If your thinking of trying a new stylist and salon, I would definitely recommend Heather and Arimosa Salon and Spa.
