Osterias are places to eat very country Italian food and to taste a glass of particular wine, without need to order the entire bottle. The simple food and wines are often original products, small productions not always easy to find. In a word, real gourmet specialties. Since opening in October 2001, the Osteria has become one of LA’s most celebrated restaurants.

Without question the most authentic Italian cuisine in town. Gino's attention to quality ingredients and ultimately the finished product and his personal attention to his guests are heads and shoulders above the rest. Don't go changin'!

Authentic, superbly prepared food, at reasonable prices in a bustling, but congenial setting -- with a good wine list. Angelini's food is always delicious! The pastas and pizzas are exceptional!

Just moved into this neighborhood and Angelini is by far the most authentic, best Italian restaurant in LA. Make sure to try the figs with the Gorgonzola appetizer, seafood risotto and zabaglione with strawberries and red wine reduction! Splendid!
