We have two award winning chefs with us they are Carol John-Walczy and Pat Dinco. Chef Carol John-Walczy has been in the food industry since 1992 and has been the recipient of numerous culinary awards, both nationally and internationally. Chef Carol is known for her diverse and artful preparation of many culinary creations and has expertise in Mediterranean cuisine and delectable desserts. She is a member of the National Association of Catering Executives. Chef Pat Dinco has her culinary degree from Macomb Culinary Institute and has been in the food industry for many years. Chef Pat specializes in cakes and pastries.

Ambiance Catering belongs in the Catering section - not just cakes! Their food is fabulous. Well prepared and reasonably priced. They also run the "Super Suppers" next door - which is just the place to get a yummy last minute meal to take home for the family.
Nice looking cakes. The fondant icing is not great to eat. And the prices are a little high. When my fiancee and I were shopping for a cake we stopped in here and they seemed more interested in trying to get the catering contract more than just the cake we wanted.
