Chef Otis' culinary reputation, impeccable service, and elegant presentation are known throughout New Mexico. Her career of creating culinary excellence spans more than 20 years. Chef Otis opened Albuquerque Catering Company 1994. Since then the company has grown to become one of New Mexico's premier full-service caterers. In 2003 the company incorporated at Eventions, Inc., becoming the state's first full service event management company.
