Bill Counter offers fun and challenging yoga classes in Sacramento, California. Newcomers and drop-ins are always welcome anytime. Beginners are always welcome as we offer modifications, preparatory work for harder poses and lots of attention to alignment. Intermediate level students will be challenged by the broad range of poses we do including backbends, inversions and arm balances.

Bill, I took your class several times when you taught at MYL. I just closed my studio in Folsom. Congrats on your new gig. I hope to make a class soon.
