Tim and Liza Goodell, proprietors of such landmark restaurants as Dakota, Troquet, and the Red Pearl Kitchen concept are proud to present their latest creation, 25 Degrees at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel. Much as they did with Dakota and the steakhouse concept, the Goodell’s put a new twist on the local burger joint. Located on the Hollywood Boulevard entrance to the famed hotel, 25 Degrees (the name refers to the temperature difference between a medium rare and well done burger) is not just another spot to grab an ordinary burger.

Seriously love this place. I went based on the recommendation of the concierge at my hotel, and this place is incredible for burgers. You build your own by choosing from gourmet cheeses, toppings, and sauces. So good. Fries come in a chinese food box, and they were perfect. These crazy cats were nuts enough to play Fight Club on their TVs while I ate. Food was so good, even the TV blood bath didn't spoil the eats. Oh, and I had a veggie burger. Best part...they charge $7 for a High Life beer. It's respect.
