1700 Ocean is the only store in Southern California where you can see Debra's complete design collection, as well as other chosen artists from around the world. As customers from around the world enter the store, the are pleasantly surprised to find a very relaxed and different kind of "hotel" jewelry store. As one customer from New York said, "...I live in Manhattan, and we don't have anything this cool and fun.."
